McKenzie Jazz Orchestra CD Launch!:
The Jazz Orchestra will be appearing at the Apartment on February 25
with special
guests vocalist Gian Slater and Saxophonist/Vocalist Wilbur Wilde to launch their long awaited CD "It's About Time".
The DMJO can be seen on "The Music Page" with footage of the MIFB concert with Bill Watrous and James Morrison - go to www.themusicpage.com and on the left hand side

News:
The movie "Death Defying Acts" (Catherine Zeta-Jones and Guy Pearce) should be released in March. Daryl orchestrated and conducted Cezary Skubizewski's scorewhich features tracks performed by members of the DMJO. Daryl is orchestrating the Seven Network themes for the Beijing Olympics and will be going to Sydney later this month to conduct the Sydney Symphony at Trackdown studios. The CD is finished and tracks from the DMJO CD "It's About Time" should be available for download on itunes music store next month.
Daryl was recently appointed Musical Director of the Victoria Police Showband so is no longer teaching.
